Yes, we ship worldwide from our Greek workshop location! Most products are made to order and it can take up to 30 working days to prepare. Our orders are shipped with the Greek postal service (ELTA). When your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
• Orders within the EU usually arrive within 5-15 days from shipping date, depending on your location.
• Orders outside the EU can take 15-40 days, depending on your location.
Please note that we’re not responsible for any import costs that may be imposed outside the EU. To be sure what regulations may apply to you, please check with you local customs office.
Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Earrings are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons.
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be returned.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is NOT refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you need to return the item for refund, please note that we will need to deduct our original cost of shipping when we refund your payment in case you had received free shipping on the original order.
If an order is returned to us as the result of the customer providing an insufficient address, or failing to collect the package in the given time period, we will need to charge the cost of shipping for the second delivery attempt.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our free shipping offers do not apply twice per order.
To return your product please email us first at email@example.com.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and/or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
